How Your Information Is Handled
Everything you enter is held in confidence and used to underwrite your application. Your answers are saved in this browser as you type and on Mayflower's servers once you start, and any documents you attach are stored privately. Applying Through a Broker
Brokers can complete the application on a client's behalf: choose “I am a broker applying for a client” when you start, and the application leaves the client's contact details for you to fill in. It must be signed by the client's Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President or General Counsel, so you name that officer at the end and underwriting obtains the signature. If you already work with a broker, you can also send them this page.
